- – 500 ml sea buckthorn syrup
- – 500 grams honey
- – 100 grams raw pollen
- – 50 ml of propolis tincture
You can prepare the buckthorn syrup at home or buy it from the healthy food stores. Mix the ingredients very well in a large jar. Close tightly and keep it in a cold and dark place or in the fridge. Let the solution soak for about 1 or 2 days, and after that you can consume it. If you wish, you can also add 2 crushed lemons (with their peel) or only the lemon juice to this mixture.

For children (2 years+). Give them 1 or 2 teaspoons of the elixir in the morning on an empty stomach. Continue the treatment for 10 days. Take a 10-day break and, if necessary, use the remedy for other 10 days. It would be perfect if you could start the treatment in September, once the cold weather starts.
For adults. Take 1 teaspoon three times per day. Start the remedy in autumn and continue it till spring.
