  • 1 liter of white wine
  • 100 grams of honey


Use a small brush to clean the celery and wash it thoroughly. In order to be sure that you won’t add any pesticides to your wine, you can put the celery in a solution made of water, apple cider vinegar and baking soda. Leave it in there for 20 minutes.

After that, chop the celery. You can use a knife, a blender or a grater. Put it in a glass jar. Pour the wine and the honey over it. Close the jar tightly and let it soak for 48 hours.

You must consume this mixture in small doses, about 2-3 small glasses per day. Use 30 or 50-ml glasses.
