  • Turmeric Ginger Tea

Mix 1 cup of water with ¼ tsp. of turmeric, ¼ tsp. of ground ginger and 1/8 tsp. of ground cardamom. To these, add 2 tbsp. of milk and maple syrup to your taste. You can adjust it further more by adding more milk afterwards.

Bring the tea to boil when you have only ginger and turmeric in the pot. Turn down the heat and let the composition simmer for 5 minutes and then add the milk and the maple syrup.

  • Turmeric Lemon Tea

You need 1 cup of boiled water mixed with 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1/8 tsp. of turmeric, 1/8 tsp. of ground ginger. Add cayenne and honey to taste. It is a sweet tea, but it also has a spicy pinch to it.

  • Sweet Turmeric Black Pepper Tea

Mix 1/3 cup of honey with 2 ½ tsp. of ground turmeric, a bit of lemon juice and ground black pepper. Boil it in a cup of water and drink it every time you feel like.

  • Turmeric Chai

For this tea, you are going to need cloves, turmeric, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Mix them together and combine them with a few cups of water to create a delicious and healthy tea.

  • Turmeric Warm Milk

Combine 2 cups of almond milk with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil, 1 tbsp. of ground turmeric, 1 tbsp. of ground cinnamon and 1 piece of star anise and ¼ tsp. of ginger. Also, add some maple syrup to taste. You can drink this milk and replace the classic hot chocolate on a cold winter day.

  • Turmeric Tonic

Mix 3 cups of coconut water, ½ cups of freshly chopped ginger slices, 1 squeezed lime, 1 tbsp. of ground turmeric, 2 tsp. of honey and ¼ tsp. of cardamom. Also, add some cayenne pepper to taste and you will have your own source of energy to get your day started.
