Anemia or iron deficiency. Mix ½ kilogram of honey with ½ kilogram of ground walnuts and the juice from half a lemon. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture, 3 times per day.

High blood pressure. To treat this condition, you must mix 100 grams ground walnuts with 100 grams honey. Consume this quantity daily for 45 days.

Stomach ulcer. To treat the lesions caused by the stomach ulcer, you must mix ground walnuts with hot water in a blender, until the mixture becomes milky or has a milk consistency. Strain the solution and add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well and take 2 – 3 tablespoon before every meal.
