Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar plays an important part in controlling the sugar levels in the blood. It controls the blood glucose levels, which rises right after you finish a rich meal. it also helps you lose weight, which counts considering obesity is one of the main causes that leads to diabetes. Mix a pinch of salt with 2 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar and mix it all in a glass of water. Take this regularly before every meal.

Alfalfa seeds

Diabetes patients should consider taking at least a teaspoon of crushed alfalfa seeds whenever they have a meal. These seeds reduce blood sugar level and stabilize it.

Cinnamon

People suffering from Type 2 diabetes can benefit from ingesting this fragrant spice. It promotes the insulin production in the pancreas and lowers the sugar levels. You can mix this spice  with tea or other drinks or take it on its own in the form of  a powder for 40 days to get the best results.

Mango Leaves

Fenugreek

Flaxseed Oil
