There are at least three ways to use olive oil as it is for weight loss.

The first one is to drink 15ml of olive oil daily, on an empty stomach. Another method is to ingest one tablespoon of this oil before meals or to add it to your dishes (for instance, on salads, bread, or pasta). The third way is to drink one tablespoon of olive oil before going to bed. This way, you encourage digestion and also promote optimal levels of good cholesterol.

  • Olive Oil and Lemon

Take a glass of lukewarm water, add the juice of ½ a lemon, then one teaspoon of olive oil and mix well. Drink this solution daily, in the morning.

  • Olive Oil and Ginger

On an empty stomach, consume ½ a teaspoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of raw honey, and one tablespoon of ginger paste mixed together. After that, drink 1 cup of lukewarm water. Do this daily for optimal results.

Another way to consume olive oil and ginger together is to prepare a salad dressing. This way, you can ingest both of the ingredients easier, and also enjoy a delicious salad. For this dressing, you need to chop some ginger finely – 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger is enough. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and ½ a teaspoon of soy sauce, and mix the ingredients well.

  • Olive Oil and Sugar Water

If you try to lose weight, cravings may be your worst enemy, in particular between the meals. But olive oil and sugar water can suppress your hunger and keep the cravings away. Take first one tablespoon of olive oil, and right after, drink one tablespoon of sugar water.

  • Olive Oil and Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is also an excellent ally if you want to lose weight, but when consumed with olive oil, its benefits will be boosted. Therefore, mix ½ a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and one tablespoon of olive oil. You can either consume this mixture as it is or add it to salads or other meals.
