  • 200 ml red grapefruit juice
  • 150 ml cold-pressed organic olive oil

10.00pm – drink the mixture you prepared and drink it in no less than five up to 10 minutes. Don’t rush it. After drinking it, remember to lie on your left side as you rest.

Before 6 am (next morning)  now, drink the third part of the salty drink. Go back in bed and lie on your left side again.

8 am  now it’s time to drink the last cup and return to bed. It’s ok to have breakfast after two hours. Try having some freshly squeezed organic juice, and after an hour or so some light organic fruit.
