Coconut Oil in Treating Alzheimer’s

According to a researcher from Florid, when the body digests coconut oil, it produces a substance that is extremely beneficial for the brain and which can be considered a fuel for the body.   • Avoid refined fructose or sugar – Keep the levels of sugar to a minimum and the daily dose of fructose somewhere around 25 grams per day.
