Heavy Metal Detox Juice Recipe

Every day we are exposed to the contamination with heavy metals and toxic chemical substances. The heavy metals that cause the most frequent health problems are mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium (in the cigarette smoke) and iron. Other hazardous metals are aluminum, uranium, antimony, thallium, chromium, tin, selenium, manganese, copper and cobalt.

The Wonder Juice that Eliminates Heavy Metals from the Body

The number of those who have been intoxicated with heavy metals has increased in the past few decades. These intoxications are the main cause for hormonal imbalances, cancer, thyroid disorders, neurological disorders, food allergies and depression.

Most of the times, heavy metals get into our organism through alimentation, air, water or they are simply absorbed into the skin. If you have dental work, have been vaccinated or have consumed seafood, your organism is most probably contaminated with such heavy metals.

The detoxification must start on a cell level and for this, you must consume healthy food with natural raw products. By consuming natural fruit and vegetable juices, spirulina, chlorella and exercising as much as possible, the body will naturally eliminate these toxins.

The best foods to help you eliminate the heavy metals are:

Chlorella – a type of seaweed rich in chlorophyll that promotes the bowel movement. Because the mercury is most of the times eliminated through the stool, this seaweed is recommended in the heavy metals’ detoxification.

Coriander – it is also known as Chinese parsley and it helps eliminate the mercury from  the muscle tissues.

Garlic – crushed garlic has active ingredients that increase the sulfur level in the organism and the sulfur accelerates the elimination process of the heavy metals.
