Turmeric Infusion Can Cure HELICOBACTER PYLORI Infections – How You Can Consume It

Helicobacter Pylori is a type of bacteria that we cannot avoid, seeing how it is present all around the environment. The main cause of infection with this bacterium is improper hygiene – both for the population, in those cases where hands are not washed before meals – and the food itself, which is not properly cleaned and boiled.

Pylori can cause gastric lesions

This pathogen bacterium is located strictly at the level of the gastric mucous membrane of the stomach. It becomes fixated among cells from this membrane, destabilizing the natural connections between them. Under the action of H. Pylori, cells begin degrading and stop containing the proper quantity and quality of mucus. As a result, they are exposed to the action of the gastric acid, leading to lesions and inflammations.

Studies have confirmed that this bacteria is the cause of numerous gastric and duodenal lesions.

One thing is for certain: we cannot avoid H. Pylori infections due to the numerous possibilities of contamination. To help eliminate it, we need to use natural products, but also adopt a healthy, clean lifestyle that will protect our body as much as possible.

A cure that is known to help battle this bacterium is the following:

Turmeric infusion against H. Pylori infection

Naturopathic medicine recommends this remedy in order to reduce inflammatory processes in the stomach and intestines, meaning that it can prevent ulceration or cancer appearance.

All the medical plants can be found in healthy food stores.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml spring water
  • Seven cloves
  • One teaspoon of absinthe
  • Ten tansy flowers
  • One tablespoon of turmeric

Preparation:

The cloves, absinthe, and tansy flowers are placed in a pot containing the cold spring water. Put it on the stove until boiling point, then keep it slowly at that level, with a covered pot. Let it there for 5-7 minutes, then leave the plant to infuse until the water cools down naturally.

Strain the solution, use the decoct obtained on a stove, adding the turmeric powder. Let it reach 90 degrees (Celsius) and stir periodically. Allow it to cool down afterwards.

How to use it:

Use 100 ml of liquid three times a day, 30 minutes before eating, for 7 to 10 days. Take a two-week break afterwards and repeat the treatment, if desired.

In tests, turmeric managed to destroy 65 clinical isolates of H. Pylori

Researchers estimate that the H. Pylori bacteria is responsible for 60-90% of cancer cases, while other studies have shown that it is responsible for 7 out of 10 cases of gastric ulcer and 9 out of 10 cases of duodenal ulcer.

A study published by the American Society of Microbiology informs that a substance extracted from turmeric, one that is called curcumin, managed to inhibit and destroy 65 clinical isolates of H. Pylori. More than that, since it is a very powerful anti-inflammatory, the gastric damage brought by the bacteria was almost completely healed by curcumin.

All these aspects point towards an excellent natural solution that helps fight one of the most common and dangerous infections.
