The bananas reduce the acidity in the gastric juices and they fight against inflammation. You must consume 3 ripe bananas daily so as to cure the stomach ulcer. Natural banana milkshakes are also a great idea. You can also peel 2 bananas and after you have cut them in thin slices, you can dry them in the sun. Once they’re completely dried, you can turn them into powder and mix it with honey. This mixture must be taken thrice a day for 7 days.


Coconut comes with antibacterial properties and it has the ability to kill the ulcer-causing bacteria. Coconut water and coconut milk both have anti-ulcer qualities. You can consume a few cups of these beverages every day. The coconut kernel is also efficient in combating ulcer. At the same time, you can consume coconut oil (1 tablespoon) in the evening and in the morning. It will be immediately digested because it has only medium-chain fatty acids.
