Unripe and ripe bananas are great for treating the stomach ulcer. They contain antibacterial compounds and can stop the developing of H. pylori that can cause the ulcer. The bananas reduce the acidity in the gastric juices and they fight against inflammation. You must consume 3 ripe bananas daily so as to cure the stomach ulcer. Natural banana milkshakes are also a great idea. You can also peel 2 bananas and after you have cut them in thin slices, you can dry them in the sun. Once they’re completely dried, you can turn them into powder and mix it with honey. This mixture must be taken thrice a day for 7 days.

Coconut

Coconut comes with antibacterial properties and it has the ability to kill the ulcer-causing bacteria. Coconut water and coconut milk both have anti-ulcer qualities. You can consume a few cups of these beverages every day. The coconut kernel is also efficient in combating ulcer. At the same time, you can consume coconut oil (1 tablespoon) in the evening and in the morning. It will be immediately digested because it has only medium-chain fatty acids.

Honey

Prepare a juice from 2 carrots and one half of cabbage. Drink this beverage several times per day, before going to sleep and before every meal. Repeat the treatment for a couple of weeks to see the results.

Garlic

Stomach ulcers can also be treated with garlic. This vegetable has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties and keeps the H. pylori bacterium under control.
