Moreover, hibiscus also combats hair loss and stimulates its growth. Not to mention that using it for your hair does not expose you to some toxins or dangerous substances.

- 3 or 4 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 4-5 drops of rosemary essential oil (optional)
Wash the hibiscus flowers and then remove their stalks and sepals. Put them in a grinder, add the yogurt and mix. Once you obtain a smooth paste, transfer it to a bowl, add the honey and mix well. You can also add some rosemary essential oil as this ingredient also promotes hair growth. And voila! You have a natural, hydrating hair mask for your dry hair.
Hibiscus Leaves and Fenugreek Seeds Hair Mask

- 1-2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds
- 5 fresh hibiscus flowers (optional)
First and foremost, you have to soak the fenugreek seeds for about 8-10 hours, so you better put them in a cup of water and leave them there overnight.
Wash the hibiscus leaves thoroughly and then remove their stalks. Then, put them in a blender or grinder. In order to obtain a smooth paste, you can also add a little water. After this, grind them, and then transfer the paste to a bowl. Do the same with the fenugreek seeds and them mix these solutions. If you want, you can also grind some hibiscus flowers together with the leaves, to boost the proprieties of the hair mask.
How to apply the hair masks
After you have rinsed your hair, let it air-dry. However, you should not allow it to dry completely. When the hair is still slightly damp, apply one of the masks with your fingers or by using a hair brush. It is important to cover all the hair, starting with the roots. Then, put a shower cap on for about 30 minutes. Then, rinse and shampoo your hair normally, but don’t apply any conditioner.
Great ideas thank you.
