• Chopped Garlic
• White or red onions
• Freshly grated ginger root
• Grated horseradish root
• Chopped red pepper
• Apple cider vinegar

Use the above ingredients in equal amounts, 1 part of each. Wash and cut or grate all vegetables. Three-quarters fill a glass jar with these wonderful ingredients in equal parts. Vegetables can be rapidly processed in a blender, except for the horseradish, which must be grated instead. Cover the vegetables completely with organic apple cider vinegar until the jar is almost full. Place the lid and shake the jar vigorously.
Let the master tonic to soak in a cool place for 2 weeks. Don’t forget to shake the jar several times a day. At the end of soaking, strain the liquid through a cheesecloth into a clean jar and store it in a dark place or in the refrigerator. It will last a long time because of the vinegar.
MASTER TONIC DOSAGE

Take a tablespoon, 1-2 times per day (one in the morning and one in the evening) for maintaning health, or 4 tablespoons per day for various diseases (equally distributed throughout the day). You must first gargle with the vegetable tincture and then swallow it. If it tastes too strong for you, add your master tonic daily dose to soup or salad.
