Apple cider vinegar can be prepared  at home by following a traditional recipe. In order to obtain a 100% natural product, you should use raw organic honey bee.

How to make apple vinegar

For this, you are going to need a few kilograms of apples, yeast, honey and some dry graham bread. The apples need to be grated with their peels on or they can be smashed in the blender as well. The result of this action will be a burgoo that will have to be stored in a glass recipient.

Keep in mind these proportions: for 400 grams of burgoo, you are going to need 500 ml of water. At 1 l of water, you will need 100 grams of honey, 10 grams of yeast and 20 grams of dried graham bread.

Cover the recipient and leave it to rest for about 10 days in a warm place. Afterward, strain the liquid by pressing the burgoo to take out all the juice. You can then add about 50-100 grams of honey for every liter of vinegar. Cover the recipient once again and let it rest for another 40-60 days. After it has cleared out, pour the vinegar in glass recipients, secure them and keep them in a cold place.
