1. Raw Potato

At the same time, it will protect your skin from developing blisters. The remedy is very simple. Cut a slice of potato and apply it on the burn and let the juice from the potato cure the area. Try to apply the potato slice immediately after the burn happens.

2. Cold Water

Use cold water so as to stop the spreading of a burn. You can either put a cold compress on your burn or run cold water over the affected area. You can use this remedy every time you feel pain. Cold whole milk has the same effect for the burns. Don’t use ice because it will restrict the blood flow and will damage the tissues.

3. Honey

6. Vinegar

Add equal amounts of water and vinegar and rinse the affected area with the solution. You can also cover the burn with a cloth that you have previously soaked in a vinegar solution.

7. Onion Juice

This juice contains quercetin and sulphur compounds that can relieve the pain and speed up the healing process. Cut an onion into small pieces and use the juice to apply on the burn. The onion juice must be fresh because after several minutes it will lose its medicinal properties. For better results, you can repeat the procedure a couple of times per day.
