Complex carbohydrates

It’s clear that complex carbs have a more elaborate molecular structure. They go gradually into the bloodstream, thus maintaining your energy stable and controlling the levels of blood sugar. Where can you find complex carbohydrates? There are many products that contain this type of carbohydrate. You can choose from peas, beans or whole grains.

In addition, there are complex carbohydrates that are bad for your health. They are named refined carbohydrates. These carbs don’t have germ and bran, the ingredients from complex carbohydrates that are necessary for you. When they go through processing, complex carbs lose these parts and become bad for your health. You find these carbs in white rice, noodles, muffins, cookies, bread.
