How Can Green Tea Help Your Hair and Skin

This wonderful remedy has been used in China for centuries with its initial aim in curing various health problems, from headaches to depression. Now it is even more consumed across the globe in order to cure an even greater variety of conditions.

  • Improving skin complexion

Take 2 bags of tea that have already been used, take out their content and mix it with 2 tsp. of honey and lemon juice. Apply it on the face for 10 minutes.

  • No dark circles or puffy eyes

The antioxidants and tannins will work together to shrink the blood vessels underneath the eyes, reducing swelling and puffiness. Take 2 used tea bags and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place them on your eyelids afterwards and stay with them on for 15 minutes.

Brew a few cups of green tea and place them in the refrigerator. Soak a piece of cloth in it and then apply on the affected areas.

For this, you are going to need 1 tbsp. of dry green tea mixed with ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of olive oil plus 2 tbsp. of raw honey. Apply it on the face using circular motions and rinse it with warm water.
