This smoothie recipe is a real health bomb that is packed with numerous valuable nutrients for our organism. It is particularly useful in treating cancer, inflammatory diseases and osteoporosis.
Ingredients
– ½ cup of fresh or frozen bilberries
– ½ cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
– ½ cup of green tea or horsetail tea
– ¾ cup of yogurt
– 2 teaspoons of ground flax seeds or chia seeds
– 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
– 1 banana and 1 kiwi (optional)
Put all these ingredients in a blender and mix for almost 20 seconds on maximum speed until you get a creamy drink. Instead of bilberries, you can use various other berries rich in antioxidants: blueberries, elderberries, blackberries, raspberries, mulberries, prunes etc.
