Ingredients

– 2 cups of quaker oats

– 1 cup of wheat flakes

– ½ cup of roasted lentils

– 1 cup of corn flakes

– ¼ cup of raisins

– ¼ cup of walnuts

– ½ cup of almonds

– 12 dates

– 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

– ¼ cup of honey

– 2 tablespoons of clarified butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Mix the melted butter, honey and brown sugar in a pan and let them blend and melt on medium heat. Separately, mix the oats with the rest of the ingredients and then pour in the sugar and honey combination. Mix well and put the mixture in a baking pan that you have previously greased with cooking oil. Bake it in the over for almost 25 minutes. Take it out in between to stir it. After taking it out, let it cool and then serve about ½ cup of the granola with fruits and warm milk (1 cup).

Chocolate Milkshake with Dry Fruit

This type of breakfast is loaded with calories and it’s a great and healthy way to gain weight.

Ingredients

– 1 banana

– 2 cups of whole milk

– 10 almonds

– 5 dates

– ¼ cup of cocoa

Preparation

Put the dates, almonds and banana in a blender and mix them until you obtain a smooth solution. Add the cocoa and mix once again. Add the milk and mix until you have a thick and smooth milkshake. Serve this milkshake hot, in the morning.

Oatmeal Cookies

We all love cookies, so how about a breakfast loaded with them? Consume them with one banana and whole milk and you’ll have the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

– 2 cups of oats

– 1 egg

– 1 tablespoon of honey

– 3 tablespoons of almonds

– ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce

– 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut

– 1 teaspoon of butter

– 2 scoops of high-protein powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Next, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use a cookie sheet and grease it, then put 1 tablespoon of cookie dough on the cookie sheet allowing a distance of 1 inch between the cookies.

Bake the cookies for almost 20 minutes, then take it out. Let them cool down, store in a container and eat them in the morning or whenever you desire.
