Horseradish Syrup

–          Honey – ¼ cup

–          Horseradish – one dash

Preparation: grate the horseradish and use a dab to mix with the honey. Let it sit for a couple of hours and after that, you will have a ready-to-use cough syrup. This remedy is also extremely useful if you have fever, because the horseradish promotes the perspiration. This vegetable will also promote the digestion and stimulate the appetite, but don’t consume too much because you might end up with a stomach ache. Chest Rub with Castor Oil

–          Cold pressed castor oil – ½ cup
