Foods For Liver Cleanse

The liver has many important functions that keeps us healthy. It helps removing harmful material from the bloodstream and digest food.  The liver’s role is to convert nutrients from food into essential blood components, storing vitamins and minerals. The liver also helps the immune system fight infections. Liver problems may occur if your body is infected by viruses or harmful chemicals, but liver diseases can also be inherited.

Artichokes

They help the liver function and purge your body from toxins. It helps the  liver’s production of bile and since bile helps break down foods which help your body use the nutrients inside them, an increase in bile production is normally a good thing.

Garlic
