7 Natural Remedies for Psoriasis

7. Turmeric

Some people suffering from psoriasis have found relief when using turmeric. This plant comes from the ginger family and it can be found in various cheeses, mustards and curry powders. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and it can be taken in pill form. Also, if you like spicy foods, you can use turmeric curries in your meals.
