– 1 teabag of Echinacea

– 1 teabag of elder

– 1 teabag of mint or basil

– 1 piece of ginger root

– 2 cups of water


Heat the water until it starts boiling, and then add the ginger. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then mix in the other herbs and turn off the heat. Strain it and serve this tea while it’s still warm.
