The stores and supermarkets are filled with skin care products that most of the times contain only chemicals and can do more harm for our skin. If you’re looking for a natural face wash or cleansing formula, then you should prepare it at home. We have compiled for you a few skin cleansing formulas that are 100% natural and that can be easily made in your own kitchen.
Milk Cleanser
Cleopatra took full milk baths and it is said that she had a smooth and beautiful skin. It has been proven that milk is also a great cleanser because it contains natural alpha hydroxy acids. For this treatment, you must use chilled milk or, if you can’t handle it, you can warm the milk at room temperature. Dab a cotton ball in the milk and then use it to clean the face. This treatment is perfect for the combination and dry skins.
Honey and Sesame Seeds
Honey and sesame seeds are great for the skin due to their numerous health benefits. Grind some sesame seeds and mix them with honey. Use the solution to massage your face. This mixture will act both as a cleanser and a scrub. Use it if you have dry skin.
