How to Make Coconut Butter At Home – 100% Organic and Extremely Tasty

Use a blender to help you prepare the butter. Put the pulp and a bit of oil and blend them together.

Transform the pulp of the coconut into flakes. You can either use a grater for the purpose and or use a kitchen machine. Either way, let them dry on a paper towel afterward.

Place the dry flakes in the blender and add enough warm water to cover them. Blend for 3-4 minutes, take the water away and let the flakes dry. The water should be kept in the fridge for at least 12 hours, as it will allow the butter will rise to the surface.

Option 3:

Place the dried flakes in a kitchen machine with an S blade and mix for 15 minutes, taking small breaks. The flakes will eventually melt and turn into butter.
