Ingredients
– 30 ml propolis tincture
– 800 grams of honey
– 1 lemon
– 2 cups of ground nuts
Preparation
Put the honey in a large jar and add the fresh lemon juice and the tincture. At the end, add the ground nuts. Mix well until you obtain an homogeneous product. Cover the jar with a lid and keep it in the fridge. If you wish to make this medicine even more powerful, you can add a few garlic cloves that you have previously chopped.
Take 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening. The children over 3 years old can take 1 teaspoon 1 or 2 times per day.
