Both the birch bark and the dandelion can help you get rid of the puffiness and stiffness that often occur because of the water retention and they are an annoying problem when dealing with eczema. Drink this tea every morning.
- Birch leaf – 2 teaspoons or Birch bark – 1 teaspoon
- Dandelion root – 1 teaspoon
- Crushed juniper berry – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh ginger root – 2 grated slices
Preparation: mix some water with the plants and herbs, but make sure not to heat it too much because the volatile oils in the birch will evaporate. So, don’t let it boil. Let it steep and then allow it to cool so as to drink it.
