Try to limit tropical and citrus fruits and go with berries, pears and apples.

  • Grilled and Fried Meat

Meat is an amazing source of proteins. But what happens when you expose it to high heat? In this case, there are two options: either slow-cook the meat or replace it with healthier sources of protein. Try lean meats and fish or a variety of beans, veggies and soy products.

  • Dairy Products

  • Alcohol

  1. These are so true. Last March/April I started eliminating dairy, alcohol, white flour, sugar from my diet for these same reasons. Within weeks I could feel a difference. There are many other foods too that I quit but these were the main ones. It’s been good for me. On top of all that I lost 25 lbs.
